Money Door AI Lab Partner Program Terms

Programme starts 15 November 2026.

1. About the programme

The Money Door AI Lab Partner Program (the "Programme") is run by Money Door FX Academy ("Money Door", "we"). Partners introduce new clients to the Money Door AI Lab and earn commission when those clients pay. Joining is free. You never pay to join, and you never earn for signing up other partners. You only earn when a real client buys.

2. Partner levels

• MPP (Money Door Principal Partner): appointed only by Money Door. An MPP can invite Executive Partners.
• MEP (Money Door Executive Partner): joins using an MPP's invite link. An MEP can invite Associate Partners.
• MAP (Money Door Associate Partner): joins using an MEP's invite link. A MAP cannot invite other partners.

Each person can hold only one partner role. An invite link from a suspended partner does not work.

3. Who can join

You must be at least 18, able to enter a contract under Indian law, and have a Money Door AI Lab account with your real name and email. We may refuse or remove any application.

4. When commission is earned

Commission is paid only on genuine, paid AI Lab sales that Money Door has approved. These are AI Lab annual packages and their renewals, plus Money Door course enrolments paid through the AI Lab payment page (each includes an AI Lab year).

• Clients always pay the full price: Starter 100, Basic 300, Pro 500 USDT (renewals at the same prices). Partners cannot give discounts.
• Commission is a percentage of the amount the client actually paid:

Example: a MAP sells Pro (500 USDT). The MAP gets 50, their MEP gets 50 and their MPP gets 50.

• Renewals earn the same commission as first sales.
• Commission is added to your balance only after Money Door approves the payment. On a client's first AI Lab pack it stays on hold for 24 hours (the client's money-back window) and can be withdrawn only after that. Amounts are in USDT. Any part of a cent left over after rounding stays with Money Door.
• Free or admin-granted plans (for example, an AI Lab year given by Money Door, with nothing paid through the AI Lab) earn no commission.

5. Which partner a client belongs to

• A client belongs to a partner only if they sign up using that partner's referral link.
• The link is remembered on the client's device and browser for 60 days. If they open more than one partner's link before signing up, the latest link opened wins.
• After sign-up, the client stays with that partner permanently, renewals included. An existing account cannot be moved to another partner.
• A client who signs up without a referral link belongs to Money Door, and no commission is paid on them.
• A client who signs up through the link of a suspended partner belongs to Money Door, and still does after that partner is reactivated.
• Buying for yourself: you pay full price and earn the commission for your level, as if you made the sale. Your uplines are paid as usual.
• A client who later becomes a partner still belongs to the partner who first referred them. Their own purchases keep paying that original partner's line, not themselves.
• No back-dated commission: members who joined before the Programme launch on 15 November 2026 belong to Money Door.

6. Refunds and reversed payments

A client's first AI Lab pack has a 24-hour money-back guarantee (99% refund). If the client asks for that refund, the sale pays no commission. Other payments are non-refundable, as stated on the payment page, except where Money Door decides otherwise. If a payment is refunded, reversed or found to be invalid, Money Door reverses the commission on it for every partner who was paid. If that commission was already withdrawn, your balance can go below zero. Your future earnings cover it first, and you cannot withdraw until your balance is back above the minimum. A reversal does not by itself change the client's plan.

7. Withdrawals

• Save your own USDT wallet in your partner dashboard: BEP20 (recommended), TRC20 or Solana.
• The minimum withdrawal is 50 USDT. You can have one withdrawal request open at a time.
• BEP20: Money Door pays the network fee, so you receive the full amount. TRC20 or Solana: the network fee is taken from your payout. You see the fee note before you confirm.
• Money Door checks each request and sends payouts by hand. Your dashboard then shows the transaction ID. A rejected request returns the amount to your balance.
• Money Door will never ask for your wallet's private key, seed phrase or password. Anyone asking for them is not Money Door. Check your wallet address carefully, because crypto payments sent to a wrong address cannot be recovered.

8. Suspension

Money Door may suspend a partner while we look into a concern or a breach of these terms. While you are suspended:

• you earn no commission on new sales. Your share goes to Money Door, and the partners above you are still paid their own shares
• your referral and invite links stop working for new sign-ups
• you cannot withdraw
• you keep what you earned before the suspension, and your existing clients stay yours.

If you are reactivated, you earn again on new payments only. Nothing is back-dated.

9. No income guarantee

This is not a job or an investment. Earnings depend only on real client purchases; many partners may earn little or nothing. Money Door does not promise any income.

10. How you may promote

• Education only. The AI Lab is an educational tool for testing trading ideas. Do not promise profits, returns, "sure-shot" trades or trading signals. Do not say past results guarantee future results.
• Be honest. No false or exaggerated claims, fake reviews or fake screenshots. Do not pretend to be Money Door staff. Say clearly that you are a partner who earns commission.
• No spam. No bulk unsolicited messages, no adding people to groups without their consent, and no misleading links.
• No paid ads on Money Door brand terms ("Money Door", "Money Door FX Academy", "MPP", "MEP", "MAP" and similar) in search or social ads, and no look-alike domains or pages, unless Money Door approves them in writing.
• Never ask clients for their trading account logins, wallet keys or money. Clients pay Money Door directly through the official payment page.
• Follow all applicable laws, including India's Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021.

11. Taxes

You are an independent partner, not an employee or agent of Money Door. You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn.

12. Ending the partnership

You can leave at any time by emailing us. Money Door may suspend or end any partnership for breach of these terms, fraud, misleading promotion or harm to Money Door's name. If a partnership ends, approved earnings that did not come from fraud or a breach are paid once they reach the minimum withdrawal. Earnings from fraudulent or invalid sales are reversed.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will give at least 14 days' notice by email or in the partner dashboard before changes take effect. Changes do not affect commission already earned. If you keep taking part after that date, you accept the new terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.
